Simplicity and the ability to access the true soul of the objects have been the guiding principles of all work on the successful Mayflower collection.

“When function, design and expression combine to create a single entity, the piece of furniture in question has what it takes to become a true classic that grows and extends beyond its own time." says the Danish designer Hans Thyge Raunjkær, from the Danish design studio Hans Thyge & Co.

Mayflower is a minimalist and modern collection inspired by the simple, harmonious furniture, tools and architecture of the Shakers. The Mayflower collection is made of carefully selected pine, which is distinguished by slow growth and delightfully homogenous wood.

Today the Mayflower range is offered in a number of stain pine color options, as well as a full lacquered white MDF option.
