Strategy

At Zenia House we work with a threefold sales strategy. These strategies are set out, to aid us to achieve the goal set out in our vision and to make it possible, - to live and work our mission on a daily basis.

  1. We work with a key account strategy, in order to secure the growth of our business by attracting new retailers across current and new markets each year.  
  2. We work with a design and quality strategy, in order to continue our development of new furniture ranges, which are valuable to our customers, because they have a high level of design content and are of a consistent and good quality. In addition to this strategy, we take pride in our history as a production company and knowledge of fundamental craftsman’s principles by combining these with the modern production techniques of today.
  3. We work to a value adding strategy, in order to ensure, that we, in our network of customers, suppliers and partners are valued as the strong, professional and creative partner, that we aim to be. This strategy spans wide, from the people we choose to employ, our design principles, our cooperation skills and our CSR scheme.
