Zenia House is FSC® certified!

FSC is a highly successful, international forestry certification scheme that is globally recognized by major environmental and social organizations. We want to support this work. We believe that our FSC certification will contribute toward general responsible sourcing and production of wood products. This is 100% in line with our CSR policy.

At Zenia House we are very much aware that our own certification is not enough in itself. We need to work hard with each of the factories in our network to guide and aid them through their own certification process. Supplying all our ranges with the FSC certification is a true focus point for us. Our greatest challenge lies in China. It is our experience that our factory partners have the will to adopt to the FSC principals and make the necessary changes to their production and we are pleased that a number of our partner have been certified during 2010. The lack of FSC certified wood and raw materials on the Chinese market does however mean that even these factories have difficulties guaranteeing a steady supply of FSC products. We work hard to overcome these challenges.

All Zenia House pine ranges, produced in Europe, are FSC certified. 

Zenia House is certified by the International assessment company NEPCon. NEPCon works worldwide through their partner Rainforest Alliance. Zenia house is also a member of FSC Denmark.
